Haunter, from Pokemon.

Continuing on with drawing Pokemon, from the previous Cubone, I decided to draw Haunter and attempt to add water colour. It went from a light sketch to more of a finalized drawing, then with a splash of purple and black. Click to enlarge for more detail!
